RSE students Jesse Nubbe and Navarreaux Simmons received The President’s Education Awards Program (PEAP) acknowledgement as two of five students at Rainier, WA Middle School to receive the award.
“The President’s Education Awards Program (PEAP)—sponsored by the U.S. Department of Education, in partnership with NAESP [National Association of Elementary School Principals] and the National Association of Secondary School Principals—was developed to help principals recognize and honor students who have achieved high academic goals through hard work and dedication to learning.
Selection Criteria
The President’s Award for Educational Excellence award recognizes academic success in the classroom.
To be eligible for the President’s Award for Educational Excellence, students at each award level (elementary, middle, or high school) must meet the requirements outlined.”
