Science: “Painful Memories May be Erasable” –

– “Can We Learn To Forget Our Memories?”
“Around 10 years ago, Malcolm MacLeod got interested in forgetting.
For most people, the tendency to forget is something we spend our time cursing. Where are my keys? What am I looking for in the refrigerator again? What is that woman’s name?
But MacLeod, who works as a memory researcher at the University of St. Andrews in Scotland, took a radically different view of forgetting. He wanted to know if it might be possible for people to do it better, to improve their ability to forget, specifically, their ability to intentionally forget their own personal memories.
Blocking Memories With Practice,” quoting NPR’s Alix Spiegel.

Neighborhood Walk®
On July 6, 2003, JZ Knight shared for the first time her discovery of the Neighborhood Walk® and its effectiveness with the students of Ramtha’s School of Enlightenment. The Neighborhood Walk® requires walking, which engages the activity of the brain. This exercise offers the power to change your life — intentionally shut off old habits and limitations and then engage reality through your newly activated connections.

Every cell in your body has a housekeeper that JZ affectionately calls Gladys. Your cells respond to every thought; therefore you can influence your health and vitality by how you think.
JZ Knight created a colorful character she affectionately named Gladys for her talks and presentations. She uses Gladys to describe the homeowner of a cell, which is responsible for cell activity and its well-being.
Here is an excerpt from one of her presentations:
“What would happen to Gladys if you started to say: ‘For as long as I can remember, I have lived in a part of my brain that I have had radiant health; for as long as I can remember, my wellness and longevity are in my genes; for as long as I can remember, I have always had radiant health’? Gladys would say, ‘I think I will move the nucleus of the cell over here. Looking good. No more amino acids turning into proteins of destruction. No more teetering on one telomere. We are doing fine.'”
